Snaedis has a lifelong passion for real estate that began in her childhood. She grew up touring investment properties and new construction developments with her parents, fostering her love for homes and communities. Her journey to the United States in 2018 marked the start of a new chapter in her life. Snaedis initially worked as a food runner at a family-owned restaurant while attending college full-time. Within a mere year and a half, she achieved the remarkable feat of becoming the manager of a highly successful restaurant at the Amazon Campus in Seattle. Her strong work ethic continued as she transitioned to Northern Michigan, where she found her calling in banking. Despite starting as a Teller, her exceptional abilities led her to the role of Head Teller across all six Northern Michigan branches within just a few months. This banking experience gave her invaluable insights into the lending world and served as the catalyst for her leap into her dream career—real estate.

As a Realtor, Snaedis is passionate about guiding both new and experienced homebuyers on the path to real estate investment success. She places a strong emphasis on understanding their unique aspirations and requirements, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results in every real estate endeavor. Snaedis’s primary objective is to make the process of buying or selling real estate an enlightening and hassle-free experience, ensuring her clients can reach out to her anytime for expert advice, day or night, to address their questions or concerns.

When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Snaedis enjoys quality time with her husband and their two chocolate labs. She is also an active member of the Petoskey Theater, where she serves as a board member for Little Traverse Civic Theater. Her passions also expand into the kitchen where you can find her creating culinary delights.
